SLSC will be introducing a Mosquito program for novice and next to novice 8, 9 and 10 year olds to be led by Laura Norton. The program will introduce sailing to our youngest sailors in our Mosquito boats, where they will have the thrill of learning to steer their own boats and to trim their own sails. The program will emphasize fun and play and comfort on the water by introducing sailing when the wind is right and the stars are aligned. Our young sailors will develop confidence in a boat. The program will have on land fun when the wind is threatning and time in the Tanzer as a break from the Mosquitos. Stay posted for more details as the Summer approaches.
